My one rule for recipes. Enjoy concise adhd-formatted recipes where I trim the fat in more ways than one. Since I eat low carb, gluten-free, and reduced dairy (cheese is cocaine – search it up), many recipes here are adhd-friendly as well as delicious. But some are just worth the indulgence, guaranteed 😈.
